You know what I'm studying, so here's a little more about me...

I’m Sammy Firestone and I have the pleasure of being a student at Wentworth Institute of Technology. I have a passion for learning whether it be about electronics, scientific theories, space, or philosophy. I have the need to learn, develop, and explore everything which is why I went into engineering.
I’m extremely ambitious in my life; I give everything I do my best. People aren’t surprised to see me working two jobs and attending school full-time and still achieving because I have a lot of self-discipline and drive (coffee helps too).

I wouldn’t be the person I am today without my family. My mother, my father, my two sisters, and my two brothers always cheered me on in my endeavors and always were there to catch me if I fall. My mother has been my biggest fan and my biggest inspiration. She moved here from Brazil to make a better life for her family and she showed the rewards of hard-work. 

My family taught me that if I worked hard and played by the rules that the rewards would follow. Besides self-learning, I enjoy video games. After a long day of studying and exams, I really unwind by playing games on Steam, Blizzard, or my 3DS. Currently, my favorite games are Heroes of the Storm (MOBA) and Hearthstone (card game).
